Alkmaar

If you've been into a LUSH shop, you probably noticed that our soaps look a lot like blocks of cheese. To confuse people even more we cut our soap on cutting boards, weigh it, and then wrap it in deli paper to be sold. Alkmaar is named after a city in the Netherlands famous for its cheese markets where big rounds of delicious cheeses are sold. This soap doesn't smell like cheese though! It has a creamy sexy jasmine and honeysuckle scent with smokey vetivert undertones.

Products labeled with our Melt Warning are made with ingredients that allow the product to melt around body temperature.
